Physical is about the body. Mental is about how people think and feel. To incorporate both physical and mental health in our little ones, health day was celebrated in FS2. Children were engaged in a variety of activities like –dancersizing, yoga and exercise etc. Teachers and children discussed about healthy eating habits, good dental care, and the technique of good hand wash. All children promised that they will stay active and eat healthy to be strong. |
